Retired versions of CloverDX products are still supported. That means you're still eligible for raising support tickets if you have paid for maintenance. You can do it either via our Customer Portal or via an email to email@example.com. However, our development team does not maintain retired versions, which means there are no new bugfixes provided for these versions.
EOL (End-of-Life) versions of the CloverDX product are neither supported nor are bugfixes.
It is highly recommended to upgrade to a maintained version of the CloverDX product in both cases. You can find more information about each version on our website: https://support.cloverdx.com/releases/
