Retired versions of CloverDX products are still supported. That means you're still eligible for raising support tickets if you have paid for maintenance. You can do it either via our CloverCARE Support portal or via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. However, retired versions are not maintained by our development team, which means there are no new bugfixes provided for these versions.
EOL (End-of-Life) versions of the CloverDX product are not supported, neither are they bugfixed.
In both cases, it is highly recommended to upgrade to a maintained version of the CloverDX product. You can find more information about each version on our website: https://support.cloverdx.com/releases/
