I donwload the CloverETL GUI a few days ago. Some body says me that the licence is not very clear face to the open source community. Indeed, I read the licence and I found that it's finaly a closed code... No ?
Can some one says what is the position of CloverETL GUI about its licence !

Hello !
The CloverGUI (as opposite to CloverETL) is closed source commercial application. The license grants you free usage for non-commercial purpose (e.g. educational, personal, charity, etc.).
For commercial usage, you should obtain development license which allows you to design/develop and distribute data transformations.
Just mentioning, that CloverETL is open source, LGPL coveted tool.
The GUI is here to offer more pleasant use and more productivity - considered add-on to CloverELT and thus paid tool.
