How to reset clover pay box without email or password?

I recently bought a warehouse which included a lot of various items, and one of the items was a clover payment box, it has a password on it and i cant reset it

  I'm afraid that you reached out to a different company than you intended to. We're CloverDX (https://www.cloverdx.com) and we support our proprietary software for data integration and automation. The company that you most likely meant to get in touch with that works in a POS business is called just "Clover" (https://www.clover.com).
