Use of "Lenient"

Hi David,

Please make me correct if i am wrong.

I tried to use DELIMITED_DATA_READER_NIO
Component with DataPolicy="Lenient".
I am expecting that if a date field is "12/21/2001" (DD/MM/YYYY) in a Record then , this Date Field should be replaced by Default Value For that Record. And that Record should pass on.

Format File Field is like this:
<Field name="BirthDate" type="date" delimiter=";" format="dd/MM/yyyy" nullable="true" default="01/01/1900" />

I dont want to miss any Record in case of incorrect data.

Is there any other info u need than , please let me know.

  There is a bug in Clover version 1.1.7 (introduced lately :-( ) which causes that defaults don't work during parsing.
  It is now fixed (in CVS) from where you can get it if you need it soon.
  
  The next release (1.1.8) is due soon - a matter of two or three weeks.
