Block Popup on Eclipse Launch - Welcome to Eclipse

I recently updated the Eclipse plugin and now every time I launch Eclipse, I get a popup message titled "Welcome to Eclipse." It shows the differences between the Community version and the full version and has Continue and Get Full Version buttons.

Anyone know how to block this very annoying popup?

  What version of Eclipse are you currently running?
  Please describe the upgrade process (Eclipse Install New Software.., CloverETL website)?
  Can you send a screenshot of the welcome Eclipse message?
