filter expression doesn't work

Hi!
I'm trying to execute a graph inside a java code but the filter expression doesn't work properly because only pass the first record in the file and the others (correctly read from file) go to trash component. I don't understand why using clover gui plugins in eclipse all works fine (same graph and input file). How to solve? Any ideas how to debug?
