problem extracting metadata from an xls file

After selecting the Extract from xls(x) file option...in the sheets properties wizard, I'm able to select the XLS file, preview the XLS data , select all the options available. But when I hit the next button, it doesn't do anything and stays there.

  Hello,
  what CloverDesigner version do you use? How are you trying to create metadata (from graph outline context menu or as File --> New --> Metadata, from xls or xlsx file)? Is anything in error log (Window--> Show view ... --> Other --> General --> Error log)?
