StringUtils.isQuoteChar is missing

I've made an update from CVS and after compile there were errors in DelimitedDataParserNIO
because isQuoteChar method from StringUtils is missing.... Please help!

  Pardon, it was our mistake. Try update from CVS new version. Thanks for advice.
