wich are (about) the costs for a professional support.
Are there aditional (to GUI) costs for a professional support necessary?

  The consulting rate our company (Javlin) charges is 400Euro per day. It gets reduced when more MDs are ordered. This help usually means improving transformations, designing complicated transformations or implementing new components or functionality into Clover.
  
  I am not sure I quite understand your question regarding the GUI.
