Hi,
How can I run a quality stage job from cloveretl? And what if the quality stage job is in a different server than the cloveretl.

  Following topic on IBM forum describes how to run QualityStage job from command line. Thus you can use Clover's SystemExecute or ExecuteScript (if running on CloverETL server) to
  run it.
  
  As for running it on a different server - you can either create a script which uses ssh to connect to that machine and execute the job (and call that script from Clover), or you can install CloverETL Server on the other machine and then use CloverETL to CloverETL communication.
  
  Also, you could consider looking at CloverETL Validator component. It can perform within Clover quite a lot of functionality of Quality Stage. See this BLOG post or Validator component description.
