Hi
When executing graphs in CloverETL designer (3.5.1) on my notebook, I dont see the record counters on the edges. Is this a configuration parameter or an installation problem of my notebook ?
How can I restore the counters ?
Thanks
Otto

Hi Otto,
We have been working on this issue and in most cases the issue has been fixed. Could you please provide us with some detailed information:- Does the issue appears always, or does it only happen once in a while?
- Does it happen with both Server and local graphs?
We are planning some major changes in the next milestone release, that should prevent these sort of issues.
Thanks, -
Hello Jan
Sorry for the delay (holiday season....)
1) record numbers are always not visible
2) it happens with local and server projects
Hope this helps

Hi Otto,
Could you please take a look at the Error log and checked if there is any message? Error log can be found under Window / Show View / Other / General / Error Log.
Thanks. -
Hi Jan
No messages in the error log. Console and Clover Log only show info messages.

Hi Otto,
In such case there are a few tips you might try to get that working:- In such case it may be useful to focus on firewall, try to disable it temporarily and test whether it helped somehow.
- In some cases it is also helpful to change timeout settings in Designer -> Window -> Preferences -> CloverETL -> Tracking -> Connection timeout.
- In case you changed settings in Designer -> Window -> Preferences -> General -> Network connections -> Active Provider, try to change it back to Native.
- In server projects, it is sometimes helpful to unify the project name and the project directory.
Hope this helps.
