Currently we are trying to access a Webservice using CloverDX using the Web Service Client component. However, when running the graph, we are getting an Authentication Error that says that the Username and Password are invalid. The issue is the same with a post 6 years ago, but apparently, it was a dead end.

Hi Staraptor78,
as the last post on that thread says, we would need to have more details at disposal to troubleshoot this. Kindly provide us with the following details:- Your graph with the WebServiceClient component and its configuration (feel free to mask sensitive data, such as username, password, etc.)
- Run log of that graph where we can inspect the error message thoroughly.
- Are you able to call the web service successfully by using a different client such as SoapUI? If you could share a successful request send by SoapUI that would be very helpful.
- What is your version of CloverDX/CloverETL Designer?
