Here's how to quickly find out the current support state of your CloverDX version:
- Log into the CloverDX Customer Portal.
- Access the Product downloads section. You can use this direct link or find it in the main menu after clicking your name in the top right corner or using the hamburger menu in the navigation bar.
- Review the Product version list. The list shows only versions that are not past their end of life (i.e., the last 8 releases). If your version is not in the list, see below for more information.
- For detailed version information, select your version. Look for the Retires and End of life dates on the right side.
See a sample of the Product downloads screen below:
What is the difference between a retired and end-of-life version?
Retired versions of CloverDX products are still supported. That means you're still eligible for raising support tickets if you have paid for maintenance. You can do it either via our Customer Portal or via an email to support@cloverdx.com. However, development for retired versions is no longer performed, meaning that these versions do not longer get any bug fixes or security updates.
End-of-life (EOL) versions of CloverDX products are neither supported nor do they receive bug fixes or security updates.
If your version is not in the list, it means that it is no longer supported, nor is it getting any new bug fixes.
It is highly recommended to upgrade to a maintained version of our CloverDX products. You can find more information about each version on our website: https://support.cloverdx.com/releases/.
