Make sure that you use the appropriate license for the respective product (a CloverDX Designer license would not work for the Server and vice versa). Also, CloverDX licenses are backward compatible but not forward compatible which means even a valid license for the 5.13 version of CloverDX would not work for CloverDX 5.14.
In order to ensure that you are using the proper license, sign in to our Customer Portal with your credentials, and navigate to the "View License Keys" link on the home page within your CloverDX plan. Choose the desired product and version and click on the respective link in the "License Number" column.
You can then apply the license by copying it (ideally, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button, it is not enough to copy the content between BEGIN LICENSE and END LICENSE as the whole key needs to be copied) and pasting it:
- In CloverDX Designer, navigate to Help > CloverDX > License Manager > Add a new license.
- In CloverDX Server, navigate to Configuration > Setup > License > Update License or you can simply click the Activate server link before you log into the server console.
