Refer to the ticket that you logged on the CloverCARE Customer Portal. If you were given a direct link to your reported bug in JIRA, you can use that link to navigate to the particular issue that you reported and tell whether the bug is fixed by the following fields:
- Status = Closed
- Resolution = Fixed
- Fix Version/s = the version where the bug is fixed
