There are 4 ways to do this:
#1 The first option is to log in to our Customer Portal and on the Main page scroll down to your CloverDX Trial plan and click on the Prolong Trial link. This will get you to a request form. After submitting the form, the request is then sent to our sales department for approval.
#2 The second option is to contact your assigned account manager. You can find your assigned account manager listed at the top of the main page after logging in.
#3 The third option is to contact our sales department directly via sales@cloverdx.com. Please don't forget to include your company name and your license number in this case.
#4 The last option is shown in the Designer when your license has expired. A dialog window will pop up and offer you an option to extend your license.
