1. If you're not seeing the expected licenses on the License keys page, here are some possibilities:
- User permissions: Only administrators can see all licenses; end-user accounts only see their assigned licenses. If you cannot see any license or the license you are looking for, contact your administrator for re-assignment. See Managing user accounts and permissions in Customer Portal for more information on administrator vs end-user accounts.
- License number changes: When switching between plans or when converting to a subscription from legacy plans, you will receive licenses with new license numbers. Check for the updated keys.

License expiration:
- Subscription licenses: DXU subscription licenses expire at the end of your plan term. If not renewed, they will no longer appear in the list. Contact your account manager if you've renewed but aren't seeing updated licenses.
- Trial licenses: Expired trial licenses are automatically removed.
- Legacy licenses: Some perpetual/legacy licenses have expiration dates. If it is past their expiration dates, they are automatically removed from the list. Contact your account manager for guidance.
2. If you're not seeing the expected licenses on the Product downloads page, here are some possibilities:
- The same conditions for license number changes and license expiration as described above apply here.
- Both administrators and end-users only see licenses specifically assigned to them.
- Legacy license maintenance: Without active CloverCARE maintenance, you are only eligible to use version(s) released during your active term. This means that licenses will only appear for versions for which your maintenance was valid. Consider extending CloverCARE or switching to a subscription plan for access to newer versions.
3. If you are an administrator and you're not seeing the expected licenses in the plan detail after clicking on Manage plan & unit allocation, double-check that you're in the correct plan. The plan detail page only lists licenses that are linked to the selected plan. The licenses you are looking for might be in a different plan.
If you believe you should have access to a license that's not showing up, contact your license administrator or account manager.
