If you forgot your password and can't log in, follow the steps in Resolving login issues on the Customer Portal.
If you are logged in and want to change your password, you can follow the steps below:
1. Use the Change password link that you can find either:
- At the bottom of the page in the "Account management" section.
- By clicking on your username icon at the top right corner, where you can find the link in the "Personal" section.
2. In the change password form fill in your current password and then type and re-type your new password.
3. Click on the Save button to save the changes.
4. Your password has been changed. From now on, you can sign into your account with the new password.
