Managing license keys and accounts
I forgot my password and want to recover it.
- Navigate to our CloverDX Customer portal and click on "Sign In" in the top right corner.
- In the Sign In to CloverCARE section, click on the "Lost or never got your password?" link.
- This will redirect you to the Password Recovery page, where you can fill in your email address and confirm.
- An email is sent to the email address with a link to reset your password, type a new password there and confirm. You should be then able to sign in with the new password.
