There can be two reasons why you can see "No valid license" in the CloverDX portal:
- Your license has expired. If you have had a time-limited license (e.g. 45-day trial license), your license might have expired. Please contact email@example.com to extend the expiration.
- A new version of CloverDX was released after your Maintenance had already expired. In such a case, you can download only versions released before your Maintenance expired and you have "No valid license" for the recent versions. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to extend the Maintenance.
Please note, that if you upgrade your CloverDX software, you must always upgrade your license to the new version as well. The new version of the license file is then applicable for all older versions (it is backwards compatible).
